Management of Evadx Ltd., regard the promotion and preservation of the environment as a mutual objective for Management and employees at all levels.

We are fully committed to protecting and continually improving the quality of our working and local environments, we are committed to enhancing our environmental performance and are committed to working pro-actively with, and communicating this policy to our employees, stakeholders, clients, contractors and all other external influences to achieve a safer, cleaner, healthier and more sustainable environment, which will meet present and future legislative needs.

The objectives of this policy are to:

• Protect the environment through minimising the production of waste and encourage wherever possible the re-use and re-cycling.
• Protect the environment by encouraging greater staff involvement in environmental issues through energy awareness communication / training and the understanding of other pertinent environmental issues and continual environmental improvements as they occur.
• Protect the environment through encouragement of staff to become more efficient and sustainable in the use and the preservation of energy.
• Protect the environment by evaluating environmental aspects and impacts when considering new ways of working, new plant, new equipment or new processes.
• Protect the environment by preventing pollution and nuisance.
• Protect the environment by implementing effective management of the safe disposal of waste materials and hazardous waste through approved agencies.

Evadx Ltd will comply with environmental laws, regulations and other requirements relevant to our business and will closely monitor its office administration, manufacturing and installation processes, to ensure that the company’s operations are effectively managed and controlled in accordance with the requirements of BS EN ISO 14001.

This policy will be communicated to all staff and any external interested parties eg stakeholders, sub-contractors, etc that may be working on our behalf, and will be available to the public via the Evadx web site: www.evadx.com.

Top management will review the integrity, effectiveness and suitability of this policy and formulate QUENSH objectives at least annually, during management reviews and will ensure the routine monitoring, measurement continual improvement of the QUENSH management system and subsequent performance.
