In November 2015 EvadX were awarded the structural steelwork contract for the 690 Tonne student accommodation block in Legge Street, Birmingham. What was an old, redundant oil factory situated in the former gun quarter of the City, the go ahead was given to demolish and redevelop the site for student residence housing 534 rooms, a fitness centre and convenience store.
