Phase 2, Chandlers Wharf

EvadX Ltd have secured a £595 K structural steelwork package for Phase II of Chandlers Wharf.
We have already completed the fabrication and erection of the steelwork for Phase 1 which is a new residential development in a prestige location adjacent to Albert Dock and the marina in Liverpool.
The project consisted of two east wing, both five levels high, with a seven-storey main centre section, and balconies on each elevation. There are two levels of basement car parking. A total of 750 tonnes of steel has been used for the 63 apartment development. Main contractor is J. Armor Limited.
