EvadX Secure 1200 Tonne Development In Salford.

Evadx are delighted to secure the 1200 tonne structural steel development located in Ordsall Lane, Salford. The £33 million project will be overseen by Beaumont Morgan and Fortis Developments who have combined to revolutionise The Bridgewater Point sector of The City. The residential block will accommodate more than 250 homes, apartments and its own retail space. It will also hold communal gardens, car parking for residents and a private on site gym.
Just a stone throw away lies another one of Evadx’s current on-going projects in Woden Street, also located within the Bridge Water perimeter. The 265 Tonne residential block will home 53 apartments and is currently just under half way structurally developed.
Commencement on site for steelwork erection of phase A Ordsall Lane will be the 26th May.
