The integrated QUENSH management system is based on the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001, BS OHSAS 18001, BS EN ISO 14001, BS EN ISO 3834 & BS EN ISO 1090 and the company is fully committed to fulfilling these requirements. . The system has been developed to enable full integration of in-house, industry approved and client specific requirements.
The aims of the QUENSH management system are to prevent quality, safety and environmental defects or potential quality, safety and environmental defects at the earliest stage possible. This in turn improves the overall efficiency of the organisation and assists in the compliance with the annually formulated quality, environmental and safety objectives.
The QUENSH management system will ensure that all products and services will meet customer specification and provide satisfaction with regard to product reliability, quality, delivery and customer service.

Top management will review the integrity, effectiveness and suitability of this policy, formulate QUENSH objectives on an annual basis during management reviews and will ensure the routine monitoring, measurement continual improvement of the QUENSH management system and performance.
